The Charger Vault Lockey® charger cabinet is suitable for placing 2 battery chargers and charging your electric (cargo) bikes when this is not possible indoors. It is possible to install this model on the wall or on the Charger Vault Pole with concrete base (both available separately).

Reflection period/return
It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are for your own account. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at customerservice@verhoefinnovations.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Exchange product?
Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact customerservice@verhoefinnovations.com for this. However, you will bear the costs of returning the product yourself.”

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 11 a.m. on workdays the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this. Sometimes products are not in stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the selected product and delivery service.
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of the selected option. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Garantie
Wij geven om onze producten en doen logischerwijze ons best om deze in topconditie aan u te leveren. Toch komt het wel eens voor dat er een bestelling kapot gaat tijdens transport of dat er iets anders gebeurt waardoor u aanspraak kunt maken op garantie. Op grond van het Europese recht zijn wij aansprakelijk voor elk gebrek van overeenstemming dat binnen een termijn van twee jaar na de levering van de goederen aan het licht komt. U kunt aanvullende rechten hebben op grond van het Nederlandse recht.
Wanneer u een gebrek aan het product ontdekt of zou horen te ontdekken dient u binnen een redelijke termijn contact op te nemen met ons. Een redelijke termijn is in ieder geval twee maanden. Onder omstandigheden kan een termijn van langer dan twee maanden ook acceptabel zijn.
Indien u tijdig contact met ons opneemt zullen wij zorgen voor een kosteloze reparatie of voor vervanging.Klachten
